    ACCOMPLISHMENTS MARTIAL ARTS/FITNESS/SPORTS/HEALTH

    It started with KOREAN TAEKWONDO back in the 1980's when I was just 5 Years of age, and I was very hooked on this Martial Art as it was taught the most traditional and real way and not like an Olympic Sport it is today. I trained ON and OFF for 21 years because of my professional soccer playing at the time as well. I did get my Black belt by Grandmaster Jung Myung OH 9th Dan. I never stopped training in TAEKWONDO and playing Soccer at the same time.

    AIKIDO SHUDOKAN

    My Martial Arts Journey took me to what is known by the World as "AIKIDO SHUDOKAN". This form of AIKIDO is a real pure teachings of real Aikido which based on a Samurai Sword and the art has many techniques, philosophies, from Japanese style Strength and Conditioning to real world Self Defence weapons training only to mention a few.


    This style of AIKIDO is practices by many Police Forces and Security Forces around the world due to its excellent disarming, throwing, pinning, and arresting techniques.


    Both me and my son have dedicated our selves to this art, as it keeps us Fit, Strong, Pain Compliant, Calm, Humble

    WE ARE BOTH CURRENT GREEN BELTS WHICH IS A VERY HIGH RANK IN THIS SYSTEM
