- Played an integral role in the rebuild of Logan Saints Rugby Union, both Junior and Senior Program, growing the club from three teams to 12 teams within two years
- Create a environment where players feel free to express themselves, without fear of no judgement
- Promoted sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive attitudes among athletes both on and off the field.
- Encourage adapted coaching style from our club coaches, based on individual learning skills of each individual athletes for more effective development.
