Physical Activity During The Sydney Lockdown 2021

COVID-19 lockdown was a sudden and dramatic influence on people’s lifestyle behaviours. This project aims to investigate the impact of the 2021 COVID-19 lockdown on Sydney residents’ physical activity through an interactive map. Citizen science actively engages members of the public in scientific research such as collecting data and sharing knowledge. Understanding activity patterns during COVID-19 restrictions will help design better intervention to support active living among Sydneysiders.

  • Created detailed reports and visual presentations to effectively communicate findings to the client.
  • Analyzed collected data using statistical software to identify trends and significant changes in physical activity levels through an interactive map.
  • Designed a Test Plan to ensure system performance aligned with functional requirements.
  • Employed a Blackbox Testing Strategy, allowing functional validation without code implementation.
