As a tutor for Art of Smart, I have grown immensely through my work:

• Providing one-on-one tutoring sessions, tailoring instruction to meet the specific needs of each student while promoting independent learning skills.
• Establishing positive relationships with both students and parents, fostering open communication regarding academic progress and goals.
• Creating teaching plans for use within the company by other tutors
• Maintained detailed records of student progress, using data to inform future instruction and target areas for improvement.

As a merchandiser, I have been responsibility for representing retail brands including Darrell Lea, Duracell, and many others in grocery stores, carrying out tasks including, but not limited to:

• Ensuring paid-for displays have been set up by managers
• Organising and setting up point-of-sale displays in high-traffic locations
• Updated pricing and signage to complete product displays and educate customers.
• Managed inventory levels with regular monitoring, ordering, and stock replenishment for optimal product availability.

As the Acting Youth Minister, I was responsible for ensuring the pastoral support and development of students through activities including, but not limited to:

• Weekly youth groups involving formation talks, games and more, to reach students in a relatable way
• Various other tasks and initiatives, including organising and leading alumni reunions
• Liaising with senior college staff to ensure the implementation of strategic objectives
• Supported pastoral staff in developing strategies to improve youth participation and growth.
• Administrative support including, but not limited to, writing event proposals and reports

As pharmacy assistant, I played an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Chemist's retail function

These responsibilities included:

• Customer Assistance: Providing attentive and knowledgeable service, finding products, and answering questions about general retail products
• Stock Management: Maintaining well-organised product displays, and restocking shelves to minimize out-of-stock situations
• Product Knowledge: Staying informed about current sales and product offerings, including uses, benefits, and side effects to help ensure customers receive accurate information
• Team Collaboration: Cooperating with both other pharmacy assistants, and pharmacists to ensure a productive and efficient workplace
