  • Cost & efficiency savings- managed team to establish procurement plan across schedule of rates (SoR) contracting model. Achieved >25% or $10M cost savings pa, on delivery of water reticulation capital works. Reduction in program overheads through review of operational running costs and management overheads leading to efficiency cost savings >25%.
  • WHS Safety - Received the inaugural (AWA) Australasian Water Association Safety Excellence Award on Networks Alliance with Sydney Water - “Innovative OHS Site Solution” - fatalities and serious injuries had been sustained when electrically energised waterservice pipes have been cut or damaged during excavation tasks, or continuity of which have been broken during maintenance and repair tasks. The Plumb-Guard unit when connected to water service pipes provides continuous fault monitoring of the potential for electrical risk to the workers onsite.
