- Organising production requirements for national and international touring acts. Including hiring external audio and lighting, offering opinions on productions based on a budget, and ensuring every element of a tour party rider is met to the best possible standard.
- Organising logistics for bump-in and bump-out, stage management, tour party needs, as well as ensuring that multiple stages in one venue aren't conflicting and interfering with one another.
- Training junior techs with shadow shifts, training days, and assisting senior techs in larger venues. Creating training programmes for junior techs with 3 month and 6 month goals as targets for improvement
- Creating a roster for all spaces, ensuring confident techs for each show and a balanced work load between everyone to stop burnout.
- Following up with TM/Promoters post show for feedback and looking for ways to improve show delivery.
- Assisting with the audio updates throughout all century venues, and continuously pushing for new ideas to make the production spec as up-to-date and relevant as possible, with the aim of making each space as clean, safe and easy as possible for touring parties to work in.
