  • Renegotiate forklift contract to replace company owned forklifts with Electric Walk Forklifts to negate WHS issues, as well as negate $3,000 maintenance costs per forklift per annum. Resulted in saving $15,000 per annum in Forklift rental costs as well as $15000 per annum in maintenance costs.
  • Review of Production control for Aluminium Screen Doors, resulting in restructure of production control processes for this product line, which lead to accurate costing of product, as well as negating write off of -$75K each stock-take (3 stocktakes per annum, $215K per annum).
  • Implementation of Position Descriptions to cover relevant positions under my control.
  • Work Instructions to cover all Purchasing, Inventory and Production Control functions.
  • Implementation of 'Supply Chain 101' processes, design & conceptualise new process to handle inventory control, inbound shipments and costing of product being shipped directly from sister company to branches.
  • Implementation of Cyclical Stocktakes for specific areas.
  • Implementation of new product structures as and when new manufactured product lines were to be released.
