Chief Cook, Chief Steward, Steward on LNG Tankers doing Karratha to Japan voyages. As Chief Cook I was responsible for all meals for onboard personnel and general running of the galley including food safety, stock rotation, stores, ordering and other catering duties as required.

Chief Steward / Steward responsibilities included the overall running of the Catering Department, daily work plans, all ordering including food, clothing, boots and PPE for all the crew, general cleaning and stocking throughout 9 floors of accommodation and offices plus general Galley duties.
