I worked as a casual relief teacher aide at the school. I substituted for teacher aides who were away at the time. I covered all grades in the primary school section and also the high school section getting praise from the school for the work that I did. I helped the young ones with their literacy and numeracy work.Working with the teachers in the various grades.

• My responsibilities are to work as a relief teacher aide across various grades from Grade 1 to Grade 6
• I have earnt the respect of all the students and teachers at the school

• I 'll in for teacher aides who are away
• I have established a strong bond with the teachers and students at the school when I have been asked to fill in

• I have now had regular shifts at the school averaging 2-3 shifts a week
• I have established myself as a regular teacher aide and received very good reports from my supervisors

• Tutor and assist children individually or in small groups to help them master assignments and to reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers
• Discuss assigned duties with classroom teachers to coordinate instructional efforts
• Distribute tests and homework assignments and collect them when they are completed
• Distribute teaching materials such as textbooks, workbooks, papers, and pencils to students
• My role was for 3 weeks in a prep class as a relief teacher aide

• Replacement teacher aide role for 3 days

• 3 week placement as part of the Certificate 3 in Education Support I was studying and completed in 2019.
