Tony Pham

Worked across different projects with full autonomy in developing, documenting, and designing systems architecture including trial plans, VCRM, customer deliverables and internal documents. Collaborated with engineering staff during early project stages to develop effective strategies for implementation. Lead in-house mechanical system design team of Passive Radar Systems and effectively managed all the mechanical aspects of the project.

Collaborate with senior engineers across multidiscipline in the design, prototyping and construction of 1U CubeSats for microgravity research. Studied materials and manufacturing processes to improve CubeSats design. Worked closely with senior engineers and assisted with testing of the CubeSats thermo-regulating systems.

Worked in teams, of student engineers and mentors, to design and construct road-worthy vehicles powered by solar energy. My specific contribution area was in the development of the front and rear suspension of the solar vehicle. Reviewed technical drawings developed by CAD, and altered designs to meet requirements.

Competes in Australian E-Sport Leagues in a team of 5, against high-level competition across Australia. Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills, effectively motivating and encouraging peers.
