- Daily tasks consisted of white level checks, patrolling areas and monitoring surveillance cameras.

- Responding and adapting to new risk factors (e.g. rain causing wet surfaces, fluctuating amount of patrons, incidences including intoxication, assault, health issues and etc).

- Writing up detailed reports on evictions, property damages, theft, incidences and emergencies.

- Greeted patrons, checked their identification, checked their bags and ensuring safety is one of the top priority.

- Assisted in escorts, providing a safer environment for both patrons and employees, and increased alertness when risk levels are identified as high.

- Actively participated in developing a safer working environment and provided strategies to implement to reduce risks such as metal detectors and enforcing policies.
