- Raising CARs to identify the root cause analysis and establishing corrective and preventative actions to reduce non - conformances in the distribution centres.
- Maintaining the HACCP programme on-site
Working as a Quality Leader in night shift and supporting the production team at their Huntingwood site that runs 24/5 with more than 100 people on - site splitting into three shifts.
- Releasing finished products on SAP
- Product re-sampling
- Environmental monitoring programme and water - testing
- Initiating internal audits such as GMP
- Document control
- Sensory evaluation with production team.
- Investigating customer complaints and NCRs.
- Weight check calibrations
- Assisting production with product change overs and allergen clean.
Working in a food manufacturing site responsible for producing breakfast granola, cereal, clusters and muesli for Aldi, Foodstuffs, Coles and Woolworths. The production facility have a staff of over 80 people that is split into three shifts from morning, afternoon and night and works 24h for 5 days.
Working in Auckland head office handling consumer and customer complaints originating from New Zealand and Australia and compensating them for the affected products. Processing Certificate of Analysis (CoAs) for deliveries and providing food safety certificates to customers when required.
