  • During my time as an online truck loader it required daily heavy lifting of crates and pushing of heavy trolleys and cages which required me to learn the skills to be capable of doing this safely
  • I also was required to organize tickets and crates in their correct order to ensure a safe and smooth run for the driver
  • As an online shopper, it also required heavy pushing and pulling of trolleys
