Accomplishments

2005 - re build for the Nursing home Yaralla Place. Consisted if Community, Family and patient information sessions.

Regularly meeting with Staff on the layout of the units and duties list. Meeting with the relevant unions to support. Change Management process

2007- Lead the Project of transferring 96 patients and their personal belongings to the new facility.

Work side by side with staff to ensure work practices benefited the patients care.

2013- opening Rehab unit Maryborough Hosptial . Design, layout and staffing levels.

2015 - Design and up grading of other units in MAryborough

2016 - Current. Support and guide new NUM to the role. Mentor new NUMs in Hervey Bay Hosptial. Point of contact for assisting Managers to Manage staff. I am a great lead in succession planning.
