- At time of leaving, maintained DSO run rate at 42 days for 5 years (2009-2014).
- Reduced DSO at financial year-end 2001 to 69 days – previous Run rate 95days+. Since April 2002, have maintained monthly DSO of 52 days, against target set of 60days by end Mar-03.
- Reduced total debtors by AUD 85.1M over previous financial year-end result (2002).
- Reduced 60days + by $71.4M over previous financial Year-end result, this constituted a reduction in 60days + Debtors of 72% over previous financial year- end (2002).
