• Influenza production: Equipment preparation/sterilization and decontamination, seed preparation, inoculation, harvest, Ultrafiltration, inactivation, candling (process to determine if an egg used as a host is viable) reagent preparation, protein analysis and vaccine formulation
• Yellow Fever production: inoculation, harvest, inactivation, testing, sampling, freeze drying, equipment preparation/decontamination and sterilization.
• Q Fever vaccine development and production and testing (high security laboratory).

• Production, formulation and testing of Triple Antigen, CDT and ADT vaccines

• Allergens - culture and processing of dust mites for export
• Manufacture of agar plates (aerobic and anerobic media)
• Equipment preparation including 40L and 100L tanks for reagent and vaccine formulations (cleaning, fitting, autoclaving and pressure testing).
• Working in strict adherence to TGA, WHO and internal regulatory systems, inclusive of work practices, aseptic technique, documentation and inventory processes.
