I am a creative, diligent and motivated educator, passionate about developing literate, numerate, curious students. I am committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. As a skilled and experienced educator I use an evidence-based teaching practice aligned with the Science of Learning to keep students engaged. We have been engaging in a structured literacy approach with phonemic awareness, tier 2 vocabulary development, and dialogical reading sequence. I am adept at differentiating instruction to meet diverse student needs and collaborating with colleagues and families to support student growth. I am committed to respectfully and positively engaging with all stakeholders to ensure the learning development and wellbeing of all students while maintaining high standards of behaviour through clear routines and positive reinforcement.

Experienced with crafting interactive and inclusive lesson plans that cater to varied learning styles. I am able to utilize effective classroom management techniques to create conducive learning environment. Knowledge of integrating technology and innovative methodologies to enhance student engagement.
