  • I have excellent customer service and also when we have a difficult customer I can diffuse the situation so it doesn't get out of hand.
  • Every Tuesday I have to do our rosters for the following week and I get a high percentage for them in our zone, which is a great achievement.

  • When I started at Woolworths I was the Office Manager which I was doing wages, handling money and compliance for Woolworths.
