- Lead a team to respond to post settlement enquires including redraw, extra repayment, direct debit, progress payment, subdivision, substitution of security, discharge
- Ensure the knowledge of policy and product are updated by liaising with BDM
- Maintain strong client relationships by calling customers and collaboration with marketing team
