Roles And Responsibilities

Establish and develop good working relationships with staff and management, Liaise with customers to book and receive their new or used car, Organisation of application of after care products to vehicles, Offer a full range of Gtechnic products and Premium Mechanical Protection plans to all customers who purchase a new or used vehicle with intent to secure a sale, Use of Units computer program to add aftermarket sales to sales contracts, Ford Concierge, meet and greet customers, answering duel phones, Maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers, Offer a full range of MotorOne products and services to all customers who purchase a new or used vehicle with intent to secure a sale., Add purchase of car care products to contracts and organise any additional paperwork that requires the correct application to the vehicle, Complete follow up with customers who are not introduced at the point of sale. This will be done by phone, and/or email., Any additions/alterations done over the phone or in person are to be confirmed in writing via fax or email, Maintain ERA NET diaries with appropriate clear correspondence., Co-ordinate delivery and application process with sales department and pre delivery., Monitor and inspect treated vehicles prior to delivery, communicate and facilitate correction of any issues and report any continual quality issues to your direct manager., Provide all customers with appropriate warranty documentation and any complimentary gifts/rewards are also to be provided to the customer on delivery., Meet and present all customers with their warranties and explain the terms and conditions of the warranty and any obligations they may have. Thank them for their business and ask for a referral., AMS to be updated daily, Update aftermarket sales log daily, Update deals register daily, Complete 3 day after sale follow up- from pre delivery log, Bathurst Toyota Facebook Page, Following up on Customer complaints, Notify management of any customer complaints or problems for resolution., Identify, research and compare competitors’ products and services, Comply with monthly roster as stated on your contract, Maintain customer service area, Greet and assist customers and direct to appropriate area/department, Attend to reception and answer phones on breaks and weekends when required, Data entry, Ordering, Invoicing, Debt collection, Customer service, Filing, Stock take, Stock receiving, Organising of day-to-day operations, Cold calling, Telesales, Packing Orders for customers, Greeting Customer, Recruitment of staff, Coordination and supervision of staff, Supply of machinery, equipment to sites, Logistic of chemicals & consumables, MSDS, Sales, Quality Assurance, Prepare Tenders, Staff training and development, Liaison with clients, Contract compliance, Safe work procedures, Writing Specifications for scope of works, Sales, Recruitment of therapists, Head Therapist, Safety, Retail, High level of Customer Service, Supervision of employees & Spa, Stock take, ordering & receiving of product, Rosters, Training, Shortcuts program, Treatments, 

Safety; Manage safe working practices & develop procedures to improve deficiencies when observed, Supervise the daily activities/workload of all team members - Approximately 70 employees., Day & Night shifts, Monitoring absenteeism & taking necessary corrective action, Provide mentor support, Check weekly labour activity & analyse for discrepancies, Implement new machinery, Manage the implementation of new product lines, Planning, Prepare weekly labour rosters to meet budgeted expectations (70 people), Create daily activity schedule & organize resources to ensure timely completion, Manage inventory control for all raw & value added products (approximately 86 product items), Write and administer tool box talks for formal communication to employees, Manage safe working practices within the team environment, Manage a small team, undergoing new product development and liaise with Food Technicians to better our products for the consumer market, Monitor productivity and implement changes on new product lines, Report to floor supervisor on day to day work and production issues, Producing products and bi product requirements to orders, Working as a member of a team, Packaging and labeling fresh orders for consumers, Create and produce different sauce variants, Producing and marinating a variety of different products, Liaise with sales/marketing executives in relation to upcoming promotions & new product lines, Record and monitoring of temperatures on individual product lines and incoming goods, Liaise with Leading Hands on weights and measures and record non-conformance’s, Recording ambient temperatures of the factory, Monitor surface swabs and plate counts on machinery and report non-conformance’s to cleaning staff, Comply with HACCP standards, Assist with the compliance of specification, Monitor finished product to ensure high quality expectations achieved, Assist training manager to prepare policies, procedures & work instructions for competency based training programs, Facilitate a range of training programs to improve operational competencies of all employees within department, Monitor productivity efficiencies & implement “continual improvement” philosophy adapted by company, Assist with the preparation of annual budget, Report actual budget variances to senior management
