I began my journey in hospitality by working in a small, relaxed coffee shop in my home country, Vietnam, where I learned and developed foundational skill in customer service, food and beverage preparation and creating a welcome atmosphere for patrons.

In August 2024, I moved to Australia at 18 years old to start my study at TAFE SA, and transitioned to working at Red Rooster Arndale, where I have gained hands-on experience in enhancing food quality and kitchen efficiency through expert menu planning and robust teamwork. With leveraging skills in sanitation procedures and collaboration, I significantly contributed to a seamless kitchen operation, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to health standards.

I'm passionate about the hospitality industry because it allow me to connect with people and contributes to their experience. What's excites me most about hospitality is the opportunity to make a difference in someone day by giving thoughtful service
