I began my journey in hospitality by working in a small, relaxed coffee shop in my home country, Vietnam, where I learned and developed foundational skill in customer service, food and beverage preparation and creating a welcome atmosphere for patrons.
In August 2024, I moved to Australia at 18 years old to start my study at TAFE SA, and transitioned to working at Red Rooster Arndale, where I have gained hands-on experience in enhancing food quality and kitchen efficiency through expert menu planning and robust teamwork. With leveraging skills in sanitation procedures and collaboration, I significantly contributed to a seamless kitchen operation, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to health standards.
