  • In 3 years of managing AVL Independent & On-Premise business unit grew the EBIT 242% by controlling costs and shifting sales from legacy brands to key strategic pillars brands.
  • During my management of the Indies & On-Premise team, rebuilt the Field Sales Teams reporting KPI's & CRM system to align with the businesses strategic direction to transition to a leaner field force.
