  • Designing the Strategic Internal Communications and Engagement Strategy for the WNSWLHD workforce to ensure alignment with, and benefit of, information among roughly 10,000 employees dispersed across 38 health facilities within NSW.
  • Designing and delivering an audience-centric communications and engagement campaign for the roll out of a new, complex social and care access NSW. This included staff and external audience engagement and communications across all channels via the following mediums: media releases, email marketing, social media, posters, presentations, face-to-face communication, videos, photography, speaking points, speeches, newsletters and booklets.
  • Designing and delivering the traditional company newsletter to become a digital working program that showed development roll by incorporating a staff input portal, among other things.
