While i was at this tree company, I went from being the ground-man to climbing Arborist and soon after that to crew leader as well as head climber. I completed my cert III in arboriculture while I was at this company and this gave me the knowledge and know how to be able to run crews and do the jobs safely. Based on the knowledge and skills I had the owners of the company started to get me to do the quotes as well.
