  • Controlling the warranty process throughout the business, ensuring all repairs have followed the strict guidelines put in place by the manufacture. This involved training technicians and monitoring their work on a daily basis. The main tasks performed required me to analyze all repair orders to ensure they passed the audit checks, then submit the data into an online portal for payment. It was my responsibility to confirm the vehicles were diagnosed correctly as per the manufactures policy and remedy any mistakes prior to claim submission. It is also my role to store and dispose of any warranty parts being held within the payment period, if required arrange for parts to be sent back for assessment or remanufacture. I have been in the role for 5 years now, in this time I have been a back counter staff hand helping where management required of me. This gave me experience with face to face and over the phone customer service. Eventually put into a dual role of warranty and service advisor. As a service advisor I'm required to see customers in, discuss any concerns with their vehicle, communicate their concerns to the workshop and ensure the repairs are completed within the required time. This role required constant customer interaction as dealing with customers from a high end luxury brand have high expectations.
