Conducted precision fitting, alignment, and heavy lifting operations, troubleshooting mechanical issues to meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Delivered SMP installations across major water infrastructure projects, including construction of a 2.4 ML water recycling treatment plant and multiple chemical dosing units for Sydney Water and Hunter Water. Played a key role on the Sydney Metro West Tunnelling Project, installing and maintaining three 30 L/s water treatment plants supporting tunnelling operations. Completed precision installation of structural steel, mechanical equipment, stainless-steel pipework, pumps, valves, and instrumentation in accordance with drawings and P&IDs, along with pressure testing, pre-commissioning inspections, fault diagnosis, and mechanical repairs to ensure reliable plant operation.

Supervised daily mechanical fitting and driveshaft production operations, leading fitters in assembly, alignment, and quality control activities. Coordinated job planning, task allocation, and progress tracking while mentoring junior tradespeople, enforcing safety and QA standards, and ensuring equipment was delivered on time with minimal rework and incidents.

Performed mechanical assembly, installation, and maintenance of SMP components across multiple process units. Managed rigging and lifting of heavy equipment, conducted inspections and fault-finding to ensure WHS compliance, and supported preventative and corrective maintenance on pumps, valves, and instrumentation. Maintained detailed reports and handovers to ensure efficient workflow and accurate project tracking.
