Safety

· Responsible for driving the Zero Harm culture of Operational Teams' with strong focus on lead indicators

· Ensure that all relevant safety and environmental policies, systems and standards of work are implemented, maintained and communicated to staff. This includes all internal systems and all applicable State and Territory laws, codes of practice and standards

· Overview and maintain systems and continually review all aspects of OSH law/regulations to ensure continual compliance by Downer

· Optimisation of delivery teams in all asphalt crews' against QLD KPIS
