Summary

I am a committed and motivated leader, who has a passion for ensuring that all students achieve their personal best. I seek the best evidence-based pedagogy to improve my practice and that of others. I believe in equity not equality and I focus on being culturally inclusive by valuing the gifts that students bring rather than what they lack. I use data to develop and implement whole school planning focusing on students’ areas of need. I enjoy both participating in and delivering professional development for teachers. I believe I am a leader and an effective mentor to both staff and students. I work closely with staff to achieve the shared vision of the school. I believe students should be encouraged to think and solve real world problems using 21st century tools.
