Management of day to day direct service operations, through ensuring that the individual needs of the children/young people are being holistically addressed and carried out by Residential Youth Workers in line with weekly care plans and departmental case plans.

Attend and contribute to the agenda at Residential team meetings to ensure that any issues relating to staff practice or the programs operation are addressed, and actively engage in regular supervision, including reflective practice and professional development.
Positively represent the activities of the Families Plus Division and assist in the development and maintenance of sound working relationships with relevant statutory, government and community agencies to facilitate good outcomes for clients.
Work within the policies and procedures of Lifeline Community Care Queensland and the Families Plus Division; ensure that the provisions of the Workplace Health and Safety Act are adhered to and undertake other duties as directed by the General Manager.
