- Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide efficient service. Ensure orders are delivered promptly and accurately to guests

- Assist the main barista in preparing and serving coffee beverages.

- Make a variety of beverages according to the menu, including fresh juice, smoothies, and coffee.

- Prepare and serve savory items such as baguettes, croissants, bagels, etc.

- Monitor and manage both incoming and outgoing ingredients and supplies.

- Arrange and display products in an appealing and attractive manner to attract customers.Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas.

- Support management in training new employees, providing guidance and assistance as needed.Ensure new staff members are familiar with menu items, preparation methods, and customer service standards.

- Prepare detailed daily reports on sales, transactions, and inventory levels.

• Prepare and assemble Vietnamese rolls according to established recipes and standards.
• Greet customers, take orders, and process payments efficiently.
• Serve customers with a friendly demeanor, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Refill materials and tools as needed, ensuring availability for smooth operations.
• Make drinks such as lemon soda, lychee smoothie, pineapple juice, and iced Vietnamese coffee
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including food preparation areas and utensils.

- Cooperating with Oversea Agents to handle import shipments

- Contacting Customers to process shipments in Vietnam

- Working with Carrier inbound and outbound.

- Guiding and advising customers on import and export procedures

- Following, updating the status of import shipment to the Customer

- Advising Customers on Company's services

-Preparing E-invoice and sending to Customer

- Making Statement for customers and Partner

- Arranging and following truck to stuff the cargoes at Customer's Warehouse.

- Submitting shipment information to Cat Lai Port.

- Preparing HBL, Debit Note, D/O, A/N and sending to Customer and Partner.

- Making Customs Declaration for import-export - Performing other requests from Managers
