•Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issue management regarding SME engagement and payment to ensure project deliverables are met.

•Support TAFE NSW SMEs to use TPD as a self-service function and educate staff in best practice processes and where to locate resources and guidelines on the intranet.

•Process TPD approvals on a weekly basis to ensure timely payment to SMEs.

•Conduct fortnightly TPD reporting and regular local internal control checks to identify any inconsistencies within the system/section and take appropriate action to address these matters.

•Monitor adherence to TPD and payroll deadlines to ensure annual reconciliations and payments are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

•Provide specialist payment advice to leaders and business stakeholders on the most effective SME engagement strategies to maximise business outcomes.

•Work with external vendors to facilitate payment to industry SMEs.

•Provide regular reports on SME engagement and payment related activities, compliance, governance and quality issues and seek leadership on complex or escalated issues to successfully deliver on milestones and goals.

•Conduct research and formulate recommendations to support evidence based project planning and decision making.
