I started 2022 at 8Squad as a senior consultant and diving back into Salesforce implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Dojo Hero (Team Leader type role) - checking in with the team, being a rock for people to vent/unpack any stress they have.
• Requirement gathering workshops, documentation and solution planning for projects.
• Implementation of custom Marketing Cloud solution for a major state Govt project.

Achievements

• Major Service Cloud implementation, including public knowledge base (Digital Experience site) and Facebook integration.
• Providing POC for SMS and analytics solutions which resulted in securing a large customer contract.
• Gaining the Sharing and Visibility (security) Architect certification.
• All projects successfully completed to scope and agreed timelines.
• Business wide meeting free Wednesdays to allow Dojo's/teams to connect in the middle of the week.

After trying my hand in a delivery based role, I moved back into Cludo (now VISEO Australia) as a Senior Functional Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to plan their orgs and manage their time
• Troubleshoot issues across many different customer orgs
• Upskill Junior Consultants into becoming Salesforce Consultants

Key Achievements

• Adoption of the Cludo Delivery Methodology from Founder/Directors
• Taking up the mantle of Melbourne Social Coordinator - planning activities and lunches etc for the team
• Tested and deployed scalable and highly available software products.
• Documented software development methodologies in technical manuals to be used by IT personnel in future projects.

Lumary is Australia’s leading healthcare platform for the disability and aged care industries.

Salesforce Consultants are responsible for managing their own projects, planning workshops and understanding customer requirements and ensuring the Lumary product is suited to their needs.

• Troubleshooting and completing configuration across multiple implementations.
• Running discovery workshops and configuring the Lumary product to fit the customers needs.
• Declarative configuration support for multiple projects.
