Security
As a guard working in clubs and bars I worked alongside a crew of 10-15 guards where we work together and support eachother. In one situation a drunk and disorderly patron tried walking up the steps(at this time in the night the steps were closed off to the public) after which I gently held my hand on his back and guided him down, and asked politely to get down. He then tried again to where i walked down the steps and guided him to come down and spoke to him where he expressed his love of dancing in front of the crowd and being the centre of attention, I laughed and said he couldnt walk up the steps but he can enjoy hes night. Again he stepped up and started dancing. Seeing this I stopped him and asked to have a conversation outside the front for a moment, I told him its been a good night and he can continue it at all the other clubs in the area but you cant stay here. He became a regular customer and we still speak to this day.
