Responsibilities of my role include:

• Leading the development, planning and implementation of the whole club coaching framework to align with NRL
• Managed daily operations of both male & female pathways
• Supported club's recruitment & retention committee with talent identification for both players & staff.
• Evolved, strengthened & expanded elite player development programme. Increasing wellbeing support offering to players across the pathways.
• Overseen growth & implementation of pathways partnerships to increase clubs player pool both nationally & internationally.
• Facilitated professional development for football staff.
• My impact seen both the Harold Matthews (u17s) & SG Ball (u19s) teams play in the finals series for the first time in 10 years with both reaching the preliminary finals.

Responsibilities of my role included:

• Planned & delivered training sessions to aid skill development & game intelligence. That has seen over 10+ players make their 1st team debut.
• Introduced player mentoring & mental skills training to programme.
• Analysed team & individual performance of training & matches.
• Facilitated player performance reviews.
• Supported learning & development of programme coaches.
• Facilitated selection, retention and recruitment of players.
• Promoted community links and created partnerships.

Responsibilities of these role included:

• Coaching elite Super League players to play in an exhibition match against England RL.
• Assisting in planning and delivery of training and preview sessions.
• Player identification & selection of u18 academy players for national talent pathways.
• Planning, delivering and reviewing training and matches.

Responsibilities of the role included:

• Working with thirteen schools and academies across Far North Queensland, including remote communities in Cape York & the Torres Strait.
• Developing course content targeted at young people to help them engage in education. Educating & supporting volunteer coaches to deliver high performance evenings for the academy.
• Identifying & recruiting players onto high performance pathway.
