
I am a goal oriented recruiter who is motivated to achieve and excel demanding targets on a daily basis. I am proficient in sales communications, sales coaching, staff management, KPIs and recruitment processes. I have created strategies, created pipelines and have managed advertisements. My current role consists of high level business to client relations. Formulating great relationships with stake holders and also account managers. This role also includes the design, promotion and advertising of current job availabilities. This also includes break downs of CPAs and other financial analytics.

I have successfully secured a permenant position due to my efficiency and candidate experience ratings. My daily responsibilities consist of: Advertising, outsourcing and end to end recruiting. After the success of my role of SME in the customer service space I was selected to move to WA to become a manager for the line of work that I along with my management team successfully built from the ground up. In this role I was further educated in a Leadership development program, in this role I was responsible for hitting KPIs, management of staff, payroll for my staff and building business insights for my operational manager.
As part of a new contract landed by TSA, I was selected to fly to WA to kick start a new program. Using my expertise, I successfully trained, developed and coached a whole new line of work which became a successful launch.
I was promoted to a 2IC manager for the sales program withing the Telstra space. In this role I was heavily used in sales coaching and in the L&D space. In this time, I went through a leader development program. I was utilised as a manager, trainer and coach. This was where I learned the basis of time management and leadership skills.
I was performing at a high calibre sales agent, always exceeding sales targets and expectations. In this role I was deemed as one of the highest performers in Australasia and was utilised for sales coaching and development across the Brisbane centre. In this role, it was heavily KPI focused which I successfully over achieved every day. I was ranked in the top 5 of Australia for consecutive months before venturing into management/
I was a leader for the back of house team in the Burpengary store. In this role I was responsible for time management of 15 school aged males and keeping productivity high. Utilisation of time management to successfully decant 20-25 pallets worth of goods. I was apart of restructuring the processes of daily tasks and making it more efficient for the company.
