This is something I do occasionally, helping out family friends, and church families when they need a babysitter. When I babysit my job includes - building trust with children and parents, and prioritising personal values to reflect Christ's love for me.

This role also includes the following;

• Supervised children's activities, ensuring safety and engagement in play.
• Established routines for meals, nap times, and daily activities to promote structure.
• Managed multiple children simultaneously, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities.
• Played games, worked on puzzles, and read books to young children.
• Communicated positively with children and guardians.

My job ranged from opening and/or closing the cafe, waitressing, working at the till and customer service, back bench making drinks, and working with the barista on the coffee machine. Also working with the back of house staff, communicating any menu changes, or issues that would come up.

My job also included the following;

• Managed daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow during peak hours.
• Trained new staff on cafe procedures and best practices for efficiency.
• Trained new staff in front-of-house procedures, customer relations, and cleaning.
• Assisted in inventory management, tracking supplies to prevent shortages and waste.
