  • Managed a portfolio of approximately 1,200 employees, being the central point of contact for a wide range of HR queries and issues
  • Provided high level support and guidance in a timely manner on an extensive range of matters, including: performance management, behaviour/conduct issues, sexual harassment, NDIS client reportable incidents and guidelines, award interpretation, fraud, injury, health and safety concerns, probation, staff contracts, and other matters
