I relieve as Team leader when necessary and am responsible for rostering officers, allocating cases, making crucial decisions and liaising with our tri-agency partners, Department of Communities and Justice and NSW Health to achieve a positive outcome.
As a Police officer of over 10 years experience, I have demonstrated experience and training in emergency preparedness and management. I worked as a Transit officer with Sydney trains (formerly Railcorp) for 5 years where I was trained as a Protection officer level 1 and Rail Safety Officer level 2. I performed a security and law enforcement function and liaised with emergency services regularly during critical incidents to ensure the smooth operation and on-time running of trains throughout the rail network.
I demonstrate a safety-first attitude, and have extensive training and experience to remain calm under pressure, remain diligent and perform my duties with a high level of integrity. I pride myself on possessing high level communication skills and can motivate others in order to work together to achieve a common purpose.
