I note that you specifically are looking for candidates with experience handling challenging complex behaviors. I do have this experience. An example is successfully with a dementia patient with episodes of panic attacks and risky behavior. I also have experience working with clients with Mental Health issues not just in a hospital setting but in a mental health ward setting as well. One quick example of this is successfully de-escalating working with others, a mental health client with suicide ideation, brought in to the emergency unit in a hospital I was rostered in. I ended up alone with the client in the Adult mental ward and managed her successfully till the following morning back in nigeria.
