Adapting to Dietary needs- Prepare modified dishes for customer with dietary restrictions ( eg Gluten free, Vegan or dairy free under senior chefs guidance.

Waste Management- Minimize food waste by properly storing leftovers, portioning the food and repurposing scraps eg vegetables trimmings, off cuts from meats for stock.

Stock Rotation- Use the First in and First out method to ensure older ingredients are used before newer are used.

Hygiene Maintenance - Always use food hygiene and practice of avoiding food contaminations using gloves at work station and hand washing frequently.

Proper Chemical using for cleaning equipments.- Always make sure use of propr chemicals for cleaning equipments like, boiler, grill cleaner etc.
