Imbibed with the knowledge of neuroscience and mindfulness-based emotional intelligence have also placed a growth mind-set of 21st century leader with the extensive leadership strengths and skills of people’s management, data processing, risk management skills, effective decision making skills, improving classroom instructions, policy making skills, effective communication skills, research skills through an innovative ideas in bringing change in an organization.
As a education leader, I have contributed to outstanding students performance both academic as well students' well-being ensuring inclusive and equitable Education to all children without discrimination. As a school principal, my greatest achievement is in the area of research and publication that has contributed to effective teaching and learning. Additionally, I completed Desuup training in 2016 and have since been actively involved in training civil servants and private organizations in mindfulness-based emotional intelligence.
