• Produce and review drill and blast plans.
• Analyze production data to enhance drill and blast plans, aiming to reduce costs and improve fragmentation.
• Create, maintain, and update short- and medium-term plans and schedules.
• Provide support to ensure compliance with legislative and statutory requirements, as well as company environmental and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Contractor to implement the mine plan.
• Perform regular open pit workplace inspections.
• Assist in developing and implementing weekly, monthly, and quarterly mine plans.
• Monitor and update production data.
• Complete mine projects as needed.
• Prepare weekly and monthly production reports.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of contractor activities.
• Generate monthly activity forecasts in EPS.

• Develop monthly plan and prepare underground mine report accordingly with MOS

• Inspect underground work areas to ensure execution of the plan

• Attend, and lead mine planning meetings with different stakeholders

• Provide the tonnes and grade plan to the concentrator and other teams

• Support Quarterly planning processes

• Liaise with underground teams to generate a plan to support logistics activities

• Work with other stakeholders on various improvement projects

• Develop team procedures and documents to allow effective team function

• Work closely with site-based execution teams and offshore Mine Planning team

• Development and communication of weekly mining plan through a highly consultative and integrated
  process with underground operations stakeholders
• Develop supporting documentation and detailed plans to enable accurate and efficient completion of planned tasks
• Supporting other mine planning functions (medium and long range mine planning teams, integrated planning team, production, development and construction teams) using processes established in the MOS
• Generating and maintaining weekly to monthly timeframe tracking and compliance information and present compliance reports to stakeholders
• Regular underground inspections of development and production activities and planned task areas to ensure
  - Compliance with intended plan
  - Provide visible leadership in the field
  - Data collection that enables accurate and thorough preparation of plans and work orders
• Assisting and managing improvement projects within scope of planning team
• Developing written guidelines and documentation to allow effective team function.

• Pit optimization and development of short and medium term mine plans;
• Assistance with the development of the life of mine plans, mine designs and the review and optimization of medium range and long term plans;
• Assistance with preparation of operational budget including cost estimates;
• Support the evaluation and development of potential projects to operational stage;

• Learnt how to through use of effective mine engineering practices, manage and provide short range planning support to operations by contributing to design, development processes and practices within Technical Services department.
• Learnt ensuring that all functions are completed in safe, timely and professional manner.
