Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions (creating, adopting and implementing system test plans which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system). Creating user and training documentation and conducting formal training classes. Developing functional specifications for use by system developers. Using data and process modelling techniques to create system specifications for the design development of system software. Acting as a central reference and information source for providing guidance and assistance in the system projects decision making process. Identifies and communicates with users to formulate and produce a requirements specification to create systems and software solutions. Encompass accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data within various software systems via data quality assessment, performance testing, error handling through SQL, python, and Telstra specific AI-platform testing. Extract data, convert to meaningful insights. Create report and visualizations to present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders. Identifying data compliance and regulations – ensure compliance with data governance policies and privacy regulations within Telstra.

Final year Industry project carried out by Victoria University in partnership with SAP Next-Gen lab. Extensive data validation, data cleaning and management via MS Excel and R studio. Data Visualization was carried out via SAP Analytics Cloud to display data for various hierarchy of SAP members (directors, agents to technical staff).

Identified, analyzed and interpreted patterns in data management profile of the data warehouse system. Brainstormed multiple methods to plan out an efficient data management and procumbent system via Excel. Effective data cleaning and data validation via excel. Fulfilled customer objectives in a more streamlined and constructive strategy.

Recruited as an engineering intern for research, development, project management and completion of innovative projects such as proposal of a E-health telehub, R&D of a 3D LED structure (controlled via Arduino and Raspberry PI). Performed constant data execution and data visualizations to analyse obtained results.
