This section will serve as a profile for me, it will go over my achievements, qualities, ambitions, and goals. In my journey throughout out the Ro-Business side of things, I have been through many occupations, gaining more experience each and every time. I have achieved several things during my tenure in a lot of my occupations including but not limited to; promotions, commendations and awards for my work, a lot of places I have had positions at heavily utilise the role-play and management aspect of things. I have several qualities needed for a position in management including but not limited to; Leadership, Communication, Decision-Making Skills, Emotional Intelligence & Problem-Solving Abilities - all of these skills are needed to be successful within managerial positions. Some of my ambitions include me wanting to be able to create a Positive Work Culture, meaning I am able to create a healthy and exciting work environment for others. I want to be able to Drive Team Success to ensure all of our team members are able to work effectively and ensure all needs are being met, this is to further improve the already booming work environment. I have 1 main goal, make an impact on communities; show others how to be the best person they can be, making new and thriving connections with others, I want to leave an everlasting impact on any business I may hold a position at, I want to be able to create a legacy.
