  • Track Global OBD requirements and maintain diesel design transmittal
  • Develop diagnostic requirements for all powertrain modules: ECU, DCU, NOx, PM, Glow plugs, etc. Work closely with R&D to deliver OBD requirements
  • Develop calibration guides, DVMs and execute validation in vehicle for all new OBD content and diagnostics
  • Create and maintain CARB decks/diagnostic checklist for all NA diesel programs
  • SPC between feature teams/Bosch/Conti and calibration
  • Update global J1979/J1979-2(UDS) and manufacturer specific PID list, global inhibit matrix, AECD timers list for all diesel programs
  • Data analysis of OBD diagnostics using ATI/Vision, ETAS/INCA, Matlab/Simulink.
