Coming from a farming town I have accustomed to long, hard workdays and have a excellent strong work ethic. Although I have many years of experience in the horticulture industry, I can learn and adapt quickly to new challenges. I'm confident, always enthusiastic and self motivated with a can do attitude. I'm goal oriented, ambitious and well organised. Im always pushing myself to do better than the day before. I'm able to listen to advice from colleagues, observe, share my opinion's and adapt to any job requirements. My strongest asset is my work ethic. I have high standards of professionalism but also with a sense of humour. What i can offer is consistency and the skills to perform duties assigned to me within a certain timeframe, but importantly in a safe manner.
