I completed my Certificate IV in Disability at the International Institute of Education and Training, where I gained knowledge about disability support, including mental health. The program covered essential topics such as empowerment of individuals, and effective communication strategies. Through practical training and coursework, I developed skills in providing compassionate care, supporting individuals and working collaboratively.

During my studies, I learned how to create and implement support plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and dignity. Additionally, I gained experience in using assistive technologies and equipment, as well as understanding legal and ethical considerations in disability support.

My education has equipped me with the ability to remain calm under pressure, handle challenging situations with sensitivity, and build trusting relationships with clients. I am committed to continuous learning and development to further enhance my skills and provide the best possible support to individuals with mental health conditions.
