I consider myself a reliable and confident person, for me kindness and a smile are the key to conquer the world. Thanks to the work carried out in high-speed environments I can stay calm and always find a solution and having experience in international environment like the airport I know how to deal with different needs of people and are not intimidated by the public, in fact playing also the role of tourist guide I can expose myself before an audience without hesitation both adults and children.

During my job I had two tasks managing multiple tasks in high-volume environment.
in the role of rental sales I was in charge of managing reservations and any walk-ins by providing customer satisfaction, informing customers on rental policies, procedures, and fees while maintaining excellent customer relations and selling accessories as a goal; I was also in charge of customer service by handling emails and phone calls and managed daily and monthly opening and closing operations; I was in charge of trading new team members.
In the second role of check-in agent, main objective was customer satisfaction at the time of car delivery and possible resolution of issues; while meticulous attention to the condition of the vehicle was devoted to its return. In addition, I was in charge of the various payments and contract closures.
My role consisted of the delivery and receipt of cars at the car rental with scrupulous attention to the condition of the car at the time of delivery in a high paced environment plus the maintenance of communication between the internal and external office , in addition I was responsible for the training of some colleagues.
Taking care of opening the venue with preparations for the evening, managing table service with attention to customers' requests and their satisfaction; continuous cleaning during service and final cleaning of the venue; I was the bridge between the dining room and kitchen and at possible times I gave help to my colleague in the kitchen and I was also in charge of bar service with tapping beers and preparing drinks and customer service at the counter.
