During my job I had two tasks managing multiple tasks in high-volume environment.
in the role of rental sales I was in charge of managing reservations and any walk-ins by providing customer satisfaction, informing customers on rental policies, procedures, and fees while maintaining excellent customer relations and selling accessories as a goal; I was also in charge of customer service by handling emails and phone calls and managed daily and monthly opening and closing operations; I was in charge of trading new team members.
In the second role of check-in agent, main objective was customer satisfaction at the time of car delivery and possible resolution of issues; while meticulous attention to the condition of the vehicle was devoted to its return. In addition, I was in charge of the various payments and contract closures.

My role consisted of the delivery and receipt of cars at the car rental with scrupulous attention to the condition of the car at the time of delivery in a high paced environment plus the maintenance of communication between the internal and external office , in addition I was responsible for the training of some colleagues.

Taking care of opening the venue with preparations for the evening, managing table service with attention to customers' requests and their satisfaction; continuous cleaning during service and final cleaning of the venue; I was the bridge between the dining room and kitchen and at possible times I gave help to my colleague in the kitchen and I was also in charge of bar service with tapping beers and preparing drinks and customer service at the counter.

I performed a multitude of activities in an office that was a communication point between outside and inside work in an high paced environment; I was in charge of returning cars with checking their condition, managing contracts and closing them out; delivering cars to new customers with meeting their needs and resolving any problems; fleet management with the team of drivers.

Our parking was open 24h, so i worked during day and night shift; my main task was the reception of customers and the management of reservations with possible payment; I took care of the coordination with transfers to and from the airport and the delivery of the car at the end of the service.

As a waitress in a splendid team I took care of the reception of customers, management of the room and orders also communicating with the kitchen and cleaning of the bar.

My job as a shop assistant involved the daily opening and closing of the store; I followed customers during their purchases and managed the cash at the time of payments; I arranged the goods according to company regulations and kept the order of the shop throughout the day. At the end of the month, I was in charge of financial operations.

In this shop I did the ordinary operations of opening and closing, I was in charge of the women’s sector so I paid special attention to the sale of articles for women, but never leaving out the rest of the store. I took care of the orders both at the time of the request and on receipt with the accommodation then in store; finally I took care of the trading of new members and the weekly and monthly financial management.

My job consisted of careful assistance with the sale of animal products according to customer needs, arrangement of products and store cleaning and finally handling payments at the checkout.
