The role was created to support an organisation wide digital transformation program, design the overarching change journey strategy along with tackling a cultural, behavioural and mindset shift that was engrained at a DNA level.
Specialising in Change Management in the Talent and Organisation practice across clients within the Products industries. The role included a range of activities from responding to tender proposals, client sales pitches, strategic planning, project and team management, and execution of change, communication and training initiatives.

Partnering with the business to ensure an efficient and effective transition from the current state to a more sustainable future position and assist the business in achieving the program's overall success. Reporting to the HR Director.

The role managed and implemented a portfolio of HR integration and Schweppes business projects (ranging from Commercial and Strategy, Procurement, Finance and HR).
