I have many years of recognised skills, knowledge and experience as a program manager in the non-profit sector. I am specialised in the field of reintegration support and services, having been employed in senior roles across Victoria's justice system over the last 10 years.

I am passionate about providing opportunities to people impacted by the Victorian justice system. I am particularly passionate about closing the gap for First Nations people who are so disproportionately overrepresented in Victoria's prisons.

The Vacro ReLink program in which I am a Regional Manger delivers reintegration support to over 2000 participants annually across 11 Victorian prison locations.

  • Develop strategies that address current and potential issues in meeting KPIs and other quality measures while promoting quality program delivery, and staff motivation and connectedness.
  • Collect data using a range of methods and approaches including liaison with stakeholders.
  • Analyse data, processes and work practices to identify areas of success and weakness as well as their causes.
  • Monitor and evaluate program delivery and data against KPIs and other quality measures.
